Our bees forage naturally among uncultivated Manuka trees at the base of the Tararua Ranges, surrounded by native forest and the Pūkaha Mount Bruce Conservation Reserve. The Ruamāhanga River, flowing directly from the ranges through our land, provides fresh mountain water and supports an exceptionally clean, untouched environment for our hives.
Mountain Gold Manuka Honey UMF™ 5+ contains UMF™ 5+ and Methylglyoxal (MGO) 100+. Every batch is laboratory tested in New Zealand and independently certified by the UMF® Honey Association, ensuring authenticity, purity, and genuine Manuka properties. The UMF™ certification process uniquely measures the three Manuka signature compounds — Methylglyoxal (MGO), DHA, and Leptosperin — confirming true New Zealand Manuka honey.
As a family-run business, we produce our honey from hive to jar. Unlike large commercial brands sourcing from multiple producers, we maintain full traceability and hands-on care at every stage.
