Our bees forage on vast expanses of uncultivated Manuka trees, nestled at the base of the Tararua Ranges and surrounded by pristine native forest, including the Pūkaha Mount Bruce Conservation Reserve. The nearby Ruamāhanga River provides fresh mountain water, supporting a clean, untouched environment ideal for producing world-class Manuka honey.
Mountain Gold UMF™ 30+ Manuka Honey contains UMF™ 30+ and Methylglyoxal (MGO) 1620+, delivering exceptional antibacterial activity. Every batch is laboratory tested in New Zealand and independently certified by the UMF® Honey Association, ensuring authenticity, purity, and verified Manuka properties. The UMF™ certification process uniquely measures three signature compounds — Methylglyoxal (MGO), DHA, and Leptosperin — confirming genuine New Zealand Manuka honey.
As a family-run business, we produce our own honey from hive to jar.
