This time of year is hard work but also very rewarding for us at Mountain Gold Manuka.
It's when we reap the reward that comes with caring for the bees. A time for the bees to give back.
When the honey comes into our honey processing extraction facility it is still in the frames and honey boxes. This photo shows some frames containing the capped Manuka Honey.
We place each individual fame into a honey pricker that uncaps the layer of wax.
Then it's into the centrifuge. The honey is spun out and then placed in a drum for storage. It's completely pure and natural. Nothing is added or altered. Just pure raw natural New Zealand Mountain Gold Manuka Honey.
